What students say
“I have attended three of Daria's classes so far. I feel very comfortable for my yoga level, and the pace is moderate, not too slow, not too fast. I find her guidance very helpful: it's important to position different parts of your body correctly to get the most from the practice, and Daria makes sure everyone follows her cues. I most enjoy the stretching asanas and the fact that the classes take place in the park. After class, I feel flexible, stronger and well-paced. Thank you, Daria!”
“It's been such a privilege to discover these classes, and attending Daria's sessions weekly has become a highlight for me. She is incredibly warm and patient, with a teaching style that's both methodical and well-paced. I particularly love her stretching sequences: the fluidity and transitions between poses have grown smoother with each session. I truly appreciate how she tailors the intensity to accommodate different skill levels within the group. Thank you for welcoming me into this wonderful practice.”
