The person behind the practice

Hello, I’m Daria.

A teacher, a mum, and a lifelong student of finding a little more balance.

My way back to myself.

For me, yoga was a revelation. It started as something I added to my routine, and then it became the routine. Today I can't imagine my life without it.

I came to it after 20 years in corporate, the last ten in ad tech, and after going back to work as a new mum. I was already active, but I was rushing from task to task with no space to recover. Yoga gave me something no workout had: a way back to myself.

I soon realised it is much more than physical exercise. It is a challenge you take on with yourself, but in a caring and loving way. Gently, without forcing, the practice changes how you think. It breaks old patterns, helps you see what truly matters to you, and gives you the strength to pursue it and the courage to let go of what doesn't.

It isn't always comfortable, and the transformation doesn't come easily. But it has helped me manage anxiety, feel more confident and live with less pain.

That is why I teach. I want to share what I live every day, and to guide you through the changes that come when you begin to practise. For me, teaching doesn't end when the class does. I share what I'm exploring in my own life, so you can take what feels right and make it your own.

And I'm still learning. Teaching keeps me growing, living with more balance and awareness, and offering the very best of what I've found.

Grounded. Unhurried. Yours.

Clear, thoughtful guidance. Space to notice. No need to keep up.

Hatha · space to move

A steady, considered practice that brings movement and breath together. We take time with each posture, exploring strength, mobility and balance. My cues are clear and practical, with options and props to make the practice work for you.

Yin · permission to soften

A quieter, slower practice, with supported shapes held for longer. An invitation to settle, listen to the body and practise without forcing. There’s time to find your own comfortable edge, and permission to rest whenever you need.

All levels are welcome. Especially if your days are full, your mind is busy, and you’re ready for a little space.

03 · Approach

Whole sessions.
Not quick fixes.

I believe in a practice that supports your everyday life, not one more thing to achieve. We give the whole session its time: arriving, moving, breathing, resting and reflecting.

This is prevention, not cure. Yoga-based wellbeing, not therapy. A gentle, consistent way to care for yourself, with one simple life thought to take home and explore in your own way.
